By accessing and purchasing from Old Growth Lumber Co. (“we,” "us," "our"), you (“customer,” "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Descriptions
We strive to accurately display the characteristics and colors of our products, however, due to the natural variance of wood, actual products may differ slightly from images or descriptions provided.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through our website must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship all orders promptly. However, shipping times may vary based on product availability and custom orders. Customers will receive tracking information once items ship. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of product receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Wood products returned for reasons other than defects are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Fully custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately (within 48 hours) for assistance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Old Growth Lumber Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and product designs on our website, is the intellectual property of Old Growth Lumber Co. and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is collected and used.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Return and Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on defective and non-defective products, except for fully custom or commissioned items.
Returns:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Returned wood products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. It takes 30 days to process your refund. Fully custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued once items have been received and inspected.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Fully custom or commissioned items are not eligible for exchange.
