We price slabs by board foot, which factors in the slab’s length, width, and thickness. Additional pricing considerations include:
- Grain quality and figure
- Size and rarity
- Drying method (kiln-dried vs. air-dried)
- Surface preparation
Most slabs range from $25–$45 per board foot, with Legacy pieces priced higher.
🔥 What’s the difference between kiln-dried and air-dried?
- Kiln-Dried slabs are professionally dried to 6–12% moisture. They're ready to build and highly stable.
- Air-Dried slabs are naturally seasoned but may need more time or finish prep, depending on your project.
👀 Can I see a slab in person?
Yes! Visit us in Prunedale, CA during business hours. Not local? We also offer:
- Detailed photos + video walkarounds
- Zoom consultations or FaceTime viewings
- Moisture readings and dimensions
🪵 Do you offer milling or finishing services?
We sure do. Services include:
- Flattening, planing & sanding
- CNC routing & carving
- Resin inlays
- Live-edge shaping
- Table bases & full custom builds

We gladly accept returns on defective items. For non-defective slabs:
- 30% restocking fee applies
- Custom work is non-refundable
- Items must be returned in original condition

- Non-refundable deposits to secure your slab
