Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of product receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Wood products returned for reasons other than defects are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Fully custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
